Overview

Jennifer Huang concentrates her practice on patent prosecution, patent post-grant proceedings, due diligence, and patent litigation.

Her work focuses on the areas of telecommunication systems, web applications, mobile device operating systems, social networking systems, internet advertising systems, medical devices, digital imaging systems, and optical system technology.

In addition to over twelve years of patent prosecution, Jennifer also has experience with post-grant proceedings and patent litigation. She has represented both patent owner and petitioner in numerous inter partes review proceedings. Additionally, she has tried patent litigation cases for large multinational companies at the U.S. District Court level and at the U.S. International Trade Commission.

As an undergraduate, Jennifer studied a variety of areas in electrical engineering and mathematics and focused her senior honors project on optics. Additionally, prior to law school, she was employed at IBM where she worked on the testing and development of the Cell/B.E. processor.
