Overview

Claire Chang focuses her practice on patent litigation related to electrical and computer technologies. She has experience conducting pre-suit diligence, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and developing technical strategies. She also has experience drafting claim construction briefs, dispositive motions, pretrial motions, and post-trial motions. 

Claire was previously a summer associate with the firm in 2019 and 2020. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Claire provided pro bono legal services through the Berkeley Law Startup Law Initiative, where she drafted and revised formation documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and founder stock purchase agreements. She was also a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
