Overview

Armin Kühne represents clients from across the globe in patent infringement, standard essential patent (SEP), licensing, and other complex technology disputes before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and German courts. With over 40 trials to his credit, he advises plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes intellectual property matters, helping companies protect, enforce, and maximize the value of their innovations.

Armin has extensive experience representing clients in the telecommunications, media technology, network security, automotive, electronics, engineering, and pharmaceutical sectors. In addition to courtroom advocacy, he advises on technology transfers, strategic partnerships, portfolio acquisitions, research and development collaborations, and other IP issues that arise throughout the business lifecycle.

Known for his clear communication and creative approach to problem-solving, Armin is often called upon to develop strategies for complex matters that do not fit neatly within conventional playbooks.
