President & CEO John Adkisson Reflects on 2025 Performance and Momentum Entering 2026

President and Chief Executive Officer John Adkisson spoke with The American Lawyer about Fish & Richardson’s strong 2025 performance and the firm’s continued momentum heading into 2026. Adkisson reflected on sustained demand from the firm's long‑standing client base, particularly in connection with high-stakes, complex, and multijurisdictional IP disputes. He also discussed the strength in the firm’s litigation practice and highlighted key developments that support continued growth and client service, including the opening of the firm's Chicago office and the appointment of General Counsel Elham Dehbozorgi.
