Patent attorney Joseph Valentino, Ph.D., focuses his practice on patent prosecution, strategic counseling and analysis, and patent portfolio development and management.

He has substantial experience in producing patentability, patent infringement, and patent validity opinions, and drafting patent applications to withstand competitor challenges.
