PTAB LEAP: AIA Oral Hearing Encore

Fish & Richardson Principal Jeremy Monaldo will participate in an America Invents Act (AIA) mock oral hearing and panel discussion on May 17 as part of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP).

Join PTAB LEAP for an AIA oral hearing. Practitioners will present arguments in a mock AIA trial proceeding before a panel of PTAB administrative patent judges. After arguments, the practitioners will participate in a panel discussion on the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock argument.
