From the North

Take I-93 South toward Boston/Cape Cod. I-93 South becomes Fitzgerald Expy/MA-3 South/US-1 South. Take exit #23 toward Purchase St./South Station. When you come out of the tunnel stay to the left and take your first left onto Seaport Boulevard. At the 1st set of lights (Barking Crab restaurant on left), take a left onto Sleeper Street. At the first stop sign, take a right onto Northern Avenue in front of the Federal Courthouse. One Marina Park Drive will be the next building on your left after the parking lot.

From the West

Take the Mass Pike/I-90 East to Boston. Stay on I-90 to Exit 25 toward South Boston. As you exit, get in the left lane to take the ramp toward Seaport Blvd. The ramp becomes E. Service Road. Go straight through two sets of traffic lights and E. Service Road then becomes Northern Avenue, which curves to the left. Continue on Northern Avenue. One Marina Park Drive will be on your right after the Institute of Contemporary Art. 

From the South

Take I-93 N to Exit 20 toward I-90 East. Take the next exit toward E. Service Road. Keep left at the fork to continue toward E. Service Road and merge onto E. Service Road. Continue onto Northern Avenue. One Marina Park Drive will be on your right after the Institute of Contemporary Art.

From Logan Airport

Exit the airport toward I-90 West/Mass Pike. Take Exit-25 toward South Boston. Turn right at B Street. Turn left at Seaport Boulevard. Take the first right onto Northern Avenue. One Marina Park Drive will be on your right after the Institute of Contemporary Art.
