Background

Sabrina Wilson is an associate in the litigation group of Fish & Richardson’s Atlanta office. Ms. Wilson’s practice focuses on patent litigation, including experience in the Eastern District of Texas and the District of Delaware. Ms. Wilson’s matters have spanned various industries, including set-top box technologies, flooring manufacture, and medical device/procedures.

Ms. Wilson’s experience includes invalidity and non-infringement analysis, drafting motions, preparing discovery requests and responses, preparing for offensive and defensive depositions, and managing various litigation projects.

Ms. Wilson was previously a Summer Associate of the firm. While in law school, she participated in the nationally recognized Georgia Institute of Technology TI:GER program, which focuses on the economic, regulatory, and legal issues affecting the commercialization of emergent technologies. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Wilson served as an officer in the United States Navy, and taught nuclear physics and reactor principles at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command’s Nuclear Power School.
