Background

Dr. Follett is an Associate in Fish & Richardson’s Twin Cities office. She works with a range of clients, from industry to academia, with an emphasis on early to mid-stage companies. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution in the chemical arts, due diligence and freedom-to-operate studies, patent opinions, and client counseling and strategic portfolio development. She has experience in the areas of pharmaceuticals, drug formulation and drug delivery technologies, biopharmaceuticals, small molecules (including inorganic or metal containing small molecules), imaging agents, nanotechnologies, and green/environmental chemistries.

Dr. Follett was previously a Technology Specialist with Fish & Richardson (2006-2011).
