Background

Jeremy Saks is an associate in the litigation group of Fish & Richardson’s New York office. Mr. Saks represents clients in patent litigation with a focus in pharmaceuticals,  life sciences,  chemical compositions, and mechanical devices. While attending law school, Mr. Saks served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Additionally, he wrote and edited patent applications, drafted responses to office actions for filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and analyzed the patentability of inventions at a small intellectual property boutique law firm and as a certified legal intern in the Patent Office’s Law School Clinic Certification Pilot Program. 

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Mr. Saks was an associate and summer associate at an intellectual property boutique law firm in New York​.
