Jan Zecher is a Principal in the Munich office of Fish & Richardson. He is a member of the firm's Trademark and Copyright Group. Dr. Zecher has several years of law firm experience in intellectual property and has advised German, European, and U.S companies in all trademark, domain name, design patent and advertising matters. Prior to his law firm work, he was a Scientific Assistant at the Institute for Copyright and Media Law in Munich (2001-2003).
