This position allows for working remotely the majority of the time, and we will consider candidates located within 2 hours driving time of the Silicon Valley office. Trademark Staff Attorney

Dallas

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience including reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions. Previous experience preparing and responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters, including domain name disputes, UDRP actions and matters related to the use of trademarks on social media platforms. The position will also involve drafting complaints, answers, motions and other pleadings in federal court trademark litigation cases, TTAB oppositions and cancellation actions, and preparing and responding to discovery requests. Excellent research skills, writing and academic credentials, and strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are required. This position has potential to elevate to an associate status.
