Background

Zachary Rhines’ practice focuses on complex patent litigation in a variety of technical fields. He is regularly called upon to draft pleadings, write briefs in support of injunctive relief, and analyze expert reports related to damages, among other litigation duties. Mr. Rhines first joined Fish as a Summer Associate.

While earning his B.S. in Chemistry, Mr. Rhines worked as a researcher focused primarily on macrocycles, larger than average cyclical organic molecules that had a variety of commercial and industrial uses.  His research revolved around developing crystallization techniques for different macrocyclic compounds.
