He has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices, patentability searching and analysis, competitive analysis, patent portfolio management, and patent portfolio landscaping. His technological expertise includes medical devices, prosthetics and orthotics, biometrics, sports and fitness, consumer products, optics and imaging, flow control systems, furniture systems, and financial technologies.
Before he began his patent practice, Vince was a biomedical engineer working in the production of sleep apnea devices, snore therapy devices, antimicrobial IV dressings, oral soluble pharmaceutical strips, and transdermal drug delivery patches.
In his free time, Vince loves staying active year-round. He particularly enjoys golfing and cross-country skiing.
