It is with deep sorrow that we note the loss of our friend and colleague Samuel Borodach, who passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Sam was part of the Fish family for more than 25 years and was one of the first attorneys in our New York office when he joined Fish as an associate in 1995. He became a principal of the firm in 2000. Sam was an outstanding lawyer in addition to a wonderful colleague and kind friend, and he will be deeply missed.
