Overview

Riley Green focuses his practice on patent litigation in electrical and computer technologies. He has experience handling invalidity contentions for prior art references, drafting joint stipulations, and analyzing subject matter eligibility issues.

With a background in electrical engineering that includes experience with both hardware and software innovations, he is comfortable working with the technical aspects of clients’ matters. During law school, Riley was editor-in-chief of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and president of Texas Law’s Intellectual Property Law Society.
