Michael A. Anderson, Ph.D., is an associate in the litigation group in Fish & Richardson’s New York office. Dr. Anderson represents clients in patent and trademark litigation, and his practice spans a wide range of technology areas, with an emphasis on life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, chemical compositions, and mechanical devices.

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Anderson served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Torts, Office of Constitutional and Specialized Torts, Office of Vaccine Litigation. Before going to law school, Dr. Anderson earned a Ph.D. in cell and developmental biology from Vanderbilt University and was a postdoctoral fellow at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he studied cellular and molecular biology.
