Overview

Menglin Sun focuses her practice on patent litigation. She has provided litigation support for cases in the International Trade Commission, Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has experience drafting various motions and briefs and has performed extensive legal research on issues in patent law and antitrust law.

Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Menglin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. During law school, she served as a staff editor for American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and published an article in the journal discussing patent remedies. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys playing piano and composing music.
