Background

Keton Hansrajh is an Associate in the Silicon Valley office of Fish & Richardson P.C. He primarily focuses his practice on trademark and copyright matters, including prosecution and counseling. Keton also has particular experience working on issues pertinent to video game companies and technology-focused organizations, such as trademark and copyright enforcement, licensing, the First Amendment, data privacy and security, online gambling, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Prior to joining the firm, Keton was a Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined applications for trademarks seeking federal registrations. In this position, he analyzed complex legal issues in order to recommend approval or rejection of trademarks, conducted clearance searches of the federal trademark database, wrote and issued Office actions, and drafted appeal briefs in appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Keton also completed a postgraduate legal fellowship at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and served as a legal intern for Sony Interactive Entertainment PlayStation and Epic Games during law school.
