Overview

Jessica Hannon serves as the firm’s manager of litigation paralegals. In her role, she is chiefly responsible for the litigation paralegal business unit and ensures that substantive practice support tasks on matters are performed with competence, accuracy, and timeliness. Jessica carries extensive experience regarding the litigation lifecycle and strong, first-hand knowledge of business operations.

She leads the efforts to recruit, hire, and train paralegals. She actively manages paralegal staffing and utilization and participates in operations budgeting and financial and data analysis.

Jessica also still maintains an active case load. She coordinates with attorneys on special requests and highly complex projects and has participated in numerous trials, arbitrations, and hearings in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Jessica worked as a litigation paralegal at an internet solutions company and at a medical malpractice law firm.
