Background

Felix Eyzaguirre is a litigation associate in Fish & Richardson’s Silicon Valley office. His practice focuses on patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman litigation. Felix has experience conducting research, preparing pleadings, drafting motions, and helping with various discovery efforts. Felix’s engineering background and experience allow him to serve clients in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, semiconductor, and energy.

Felix was previously a summer associate at the firm. Since joining, he has been actively involved in various pro bono efforts, including asylum, immigration, and civil rights actions under Section 1983.

Prior to law school, Felix worked as a field engineer for a major oil and gas services company with a focus on well services. While at Columbia, Felix was an editor for the Science and Technology Law Review.
