Background

Michael J. Ballanco is an Associate in the litigation group in Fish & Richardson’s Washington, D.C. office. Mike works in Fish’s Patent Litigation group, focusing on all aspects of patent infringement matters in the district courts and before the ITC.  Representative technologies Mike has worked on include network devices, embedded automotive systems, and robotics. Mike was previously a Summer Associate of the firm.

From 2015 through 2017, Mike served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kara F. Stoll of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before attending law school, Mike worked as a software and infrastructure Security Consultant for Accenture.
