Background

Laura Najemy is an Associate in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson. Her practice focuses on copyright, false advertising, trademark, and trade secret litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Najemy worked as an associate for another Boston law firm focusing on complex civil litigation in state and federal court.

Ms. Najemy served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County from May to November 2014.
