Background

J. Kain Day is an Associate in Fish & Richardson’s Silicon Valley office. He maintains a broad practice, focusing on commercial, trade secret, and patent litigation matters. While in law school, Kain served as a judicial intern to the Honorable S. Bernard Goodwyn for the Supreme Court of Virginia. Also, as a first-year law student, Kain won the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Giles Sutherland Rich moot court competition.
