Update: USPTO Finalizes New AIA Review Rules

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office finalized new America Invents Act (AIA) review rules on March 31, 2016 that will take effect in 30 days.

The Federal Register notice, to be published on April 1, 2016, adopts most of the proposed rules from August 2015.
