Background

Grayson Sundermeir’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation. He is regularly called upon to draft pleadings, draft and respond to discovery requests, work with technology experts, draft infringement and invalidity contentions, assist with direct and cross examinations, assist with depositions, among other litigation duties. He has broad industry and technology experience working on matters for clients in the oil and gas, polymer chemistry, pharmaceutical, and automotive/transportation industries.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Sundermeir was an Account Manager for a medical device manufacturer where he handled product development and project management related to clinical centrifuges, hematology analyzers, and fluorescence microscopy products. In addition to sales growth, he was responsible tracking industry needs and overseeing product development with the company’s engineering teams to develop products for new markets and applications. He was previously a Summer Associate with Fish in 2016.
