Please join Fish & Richardson on February 16, 2011, for an update on Patent Law Reform in 2011. Principal Christopher Dillon and Senior Principal John Pegram will provide their views on contrasting developments in the courts and in Congress on damages, inequitable conduct, willful infringement, false marking, PTO post-grant review of patents, court review of PTO decisions, and more.
