Fish Principal Roger Denning spoke with Bloomberg Law for a recent article about coronavirus disruptions causing companies to choose to give up their right to a jury trial and the considerations for businesses in choosing a bench trial.

“It takes a perfect storm where each side thinks that giving up a jury trial is to their advantage,” said Roger Denning, a trial lawyer with the intellectual property law firm Fish & Richardson PC.
