Overview

Adil Shaikh is a member of Fish & Richardson's intellectual property litigation team.

With deep technical knowledge, understanding, and experience, Adil provides invaluable insight and assistance in IP cases. As a former software engineer, he readily understands clients’ innovations; communicates well with inventors, scientists, and expert witnesses; and clearly and convincingly explains complex technologies in easy-to-comprehend terms. His practice emphasizes patents with a focus on electrical, computer, and Internet technologies.

Before joining Fish, Adil worked in software engineering roles at Sabre Corporation, with a focus in data engineering and big data systems. He also worked in software development roles at Nokia Corp. and Cisco Systems, using a variety of programming languages. He also co-founded a company focused on technical education and recruitment.
