Summer Associate Program

Fish is excited to meet the best and brightest law students across the country during Fall Recruiting.

Our summer program runs from mid-May to the beginning of August, and during that time you'll get a good idea of what life will be like as an associate at Fish & Richardson. You may prepare patent and trademark applications, conduct research for litigation cases, attend depositions, and even attend trials. You'll also receive one-on-one training from attorneys and participate in the firm's nationwide video-conferencing meetings.

We seek students with excellent academic credentials and superior writing ability. For many of our Summer Associate positions, a scientific or technical background is preferred (required for patent prosecution candidates only).
