Background

Will Orlady is a litigation law clerk in Fish & Richardson’s Twin Cities office. Mr. Orlady was previously a summer associate with the firm, in which he researched and drafted legal memos concerning intellectual property law, drafted invalidity/infringement contentions, and analyzed legal issues related to inter partes review proceedings. During law school, Mr. Orlady was a research assistant to Professor Kristin Hickman, researching and writing on administrative law. Prior to law school, Mr. Orlady was a member of the University of Southern California’s varsity swim team.
