Victor Johnson is a Principal of Fish & Richardson. Previously the Senior Judicial Law Clerk (1999-2000) and Judicial Law Clerk (1998-1999) to The Honorable Jeannette Theriot Knoll, Associate Justice, Louisiana Supreme Court. Mr. Johnson was listed as a top trademark litigation practitioner in Texas in World Trademark Review 1000 for 2011, voted as one of "The Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas" in the May 2006 issue of D Magazine and was named a "Texas Rising Star" for 2006 by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Magazine.
