Background

​Tom Gorham is a Principal in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson.  His practice focuses on patent and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience litigating cases in the Eastern District of Texas.  After law school, he served as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge David Folsom.  He subsequently served has a law clerk for U.S. Circuit Judge Robert M. Parker and then for U.S. Circuit Judge Thomas M. Reavley.  Prior to joining Fish, Mr. Gorham was a partner at a prominent litigation firm in Tyler, Texas founded by Judge Parker.  He also served as a visiting prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney’s office, where he tried numerous cases to verdict.  Mr. Gorham is currently a member of the Eastern District of Texas Local Rules Advisory Committee.
