Background

Susan Coletti is the Managing Principal of Fish & Richardson’s Delaware office. Her practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation and patent litigation across a full range of technologies, and includes substantial experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (2005-2006) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2007). She was previously a Summer Associate with the firm in 2003 and 2004.

Ms. Coletti has technical experience as a Research Technician (2001-2002) and a Student Researcher (2000-2001) with Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. There, she designed experiments and performed original scientific research in the area of T cell immunology.
