We represent clients in matters concerning the marketing, distribution and use of prepaid telephone services including prepaid calling cards and prepaid mobile wireless equipment and services. Among other things, we assist in compliance with state disclosure requirements, advertising practices, and related matters. We also draft and negotiate related contracts with third party vendors.
Our experience includes the representation of corporations in connection with the introduction of prepaid calling card services including the development of nationwide legal compliance plan, and associated advertising review and contract negotiations.
