License Management
For our corporate clients with a large number of FCC licenses we maintain in-house licensing databases. We also assist clients in responding to enforcement and other proceedings when necessary.
Examples of our experience:
- Negotiate with FCC on behalf of clients in order to resolve agency investigations for alleged violations of the FCC's licensing requirements.
- Develop company-specific Compliance Plans to comply with applicable FCC licensing requirements.
- Create and maintain company-specific license databases in order to comply with applicable FCC requirements.
- Coordinate the filing of new applications and modifications of existing facilities with frequency coordinators and other technical staff.
- Advise corporate counsel on impact of FCC licensing requirements based on business transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
