Michael Hamlin (Boston) was quoted in a Law360 article, “The Biggest Mistakes First-Years Make.”

“These junior associates should understand that we don’t expect them to know everything,” Hamlin said. “We understand that things come up. As long as you’re in constant communication, they can be addressed.”

Working Faster, Not Better

“One of the biggest problems is young attorneys losing sight of the fact that providing polished, high-quality work should be their top priority,” Hamlin added. “Too often, I see associates focus on meeting a deadline and meeting a budget to the detriment of their work quality.”
