FCC Considers Rule Changes in Wireless Innovation Notice
Comments Due September 28, 2009

The FCC initiated a new proceeding on wireless innovation and investment. It is on a fast track, with initial comments due by September 28, 2009. The proceeding is very broad, with the FCC inviting comment on how the public uses wireless innovative solutions and whether the FCC’s rules and policies impose any impediments to innovation and investment.

We have identified a few areas to which companies involved in the manufacture, testing, or approval of wireless devices should pay particular attention.
