Background

Matthew Mahoney is a litigation law clerk in Fish & Richardson’s Washington D.C. office. Mr. Mahoney was previously a summer associate with the firm, in which he participated in pre-suit diligence and fact discovery, created outlines for legal arguments, and researched claim language factors distinguishing business method patents post-Alice. He also gained experience within multiple jurisdictions, including the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
