Mark D. Kirkland

Mark Kirkland is a Principal in the Silicon Valley office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Mr. Kirkland’s practice emphasizes general client counseling and patent prosecution with special expertise in Internet-related technologies, computer software, communications, and electronics. Internet and software experience includes e-commerce applications, enterprise software systems, middle ware, computer graphics, CAD, electronic imaging, user-interfaces, electronic messaging, methods of doing business, digital rights protection, database technology and computer networking.
