Background

Kevin J. DeJong is an Associate in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson. Mr. DeJong’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has experience litigating patent infringement cases through trial for a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and software. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Mr. DeJong practiced as a Patent Litigator in the Boston area, with particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman ANDA cases. Before embarking on a career in law, Mr. DeJong worked as a Process Engineer in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, with extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process development and scale-up, and equipment design.
