Kelly Hine is a Principal in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Mr. Hine's practice emphasizes litigation involving trade secrets, commercial contracts, commercial torts, non-disclosure/non-competition agreements, trademarks, copyrights, antitrust, and appellate proceedings. He has litigated complex, multi-party actions throughout the United States on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition, his practice involves counseling and litigation of substantial insurance coverage matters, particularly matters involving coverage of intellectual property-related claims.

Mr. Hine served as law clerk to the Honorable A. Joe Fish in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 1997-1998 and became a Principal of Fish & Richardson in 2004. He has been recognized repeatedly as one of the top young lawyers in the State of Texas, being named a "Texas Rising Star" each year from 2007-2011 by Super Lawyers, and he was recently elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
