Background

Katrina Gallagher Eash is an Associate in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson. Her practice emphasizes complex corporate litigation and all areas of intellectual property enforcement, with a particular focus on patent litigation. Ms. Eash has represented public and closely held companies, as well as individuals, in areas such as fiduciary duty, securities, trade secret, fraud, and breach of contract.

Prior to joining Fish, Ms. Eash was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Chad Everingham of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (2010-2011) during Judge Everingham’s final year on the bench. After Judge Everingham’s retirement, Ms. Eash remained a Law Clerk in the Marshall Division of the Eastern District of Texas for several months and worked with multiple other judges in the Eastern District of Texas.
