Background

Joseph Valentino is an Associate in Fish & Richardson’s New York Office. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and analysis, including substantial experience producing patentability, patent infringement and patent validity opinions. Beyond prosecution, Dr. Valentino also has helped clients with respect to post-grant work, such as inter partes review proceedings, ex parte reexaminations, and reissue applications.
