Background

Grant Schmidt is an Associate in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson. His practice includes business litigation and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schmidt served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Sam A. Lindsay of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (2013-2014). Mr. Schmidt also interned for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn during law school. He was previously a Summer Associate of the firm.
