On February 22, 2013 Ben Elacqua (Houston) and Betty Chen (Austin) will be speaking on a panel at the 14th Annual Intellectual Property Law Symposium. The symposium will be held at the University of Texas School of Law, Austin, TX.   The AIA purported to bring multi-defendant patent litigation under control, but has it only changed into something even more unwieldy? This presentation takes a fun look at the current status of multi-defendant litigation, including statistics, best practices for plaintiffs and defendants, practical considerations, and some real-life horror stories.  For more information or to register, please click Property Law Symposium.
