A candid and provocative discussion with Thomas M. Melsheimer, lead trial counsel for Mark Cuban, about the challenges in preparing for and trying on the highest profile securities fraud cases ever brought in Texas. In a question and answer format led by another Cuban trial team member, Mr. Melsheimer will discuss pre-trial jury research in a case involving a national celebrity, jury selection, witness preparation and other unique elements of Mark Cuban’s insider trading trial and how those elements have application to almost every business litigation case.
