On May 14, 2013 Matt Samuel (Twin Cities) spoke on the panel “Patently Relevant: Recent Developments in Patent Litigation” with federal judges and discussed recent developments in patent litigation including electronic discovery challenges, handling of willful infringement charges in light of Bard v. W.L. Gore, and changes brought about by the America Invents Act.  The panel is part of the Intellectual Property Practice Group of the Federal Bar Association.
