Fish & Richardson is pleased to introduce our 2013-2014 litigation webinar series – INSIGHTS. We will explore cases and trends that are shaping the legal landscape and provide a window into the ways we think about these developments to formulate crucial litigation strategies. Join us for this informative webinar series featuring key take-aways from a broad array of Fish litigators.

Fish Principals Lauren Degnan (Washington, D.C.) and John Dragseth (Twin Cities), and special guest The Honorable Paul R. Michel, Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Retired), will discuss the procedures and strategies that lead to persuasive and effective appeals from the ITC to the Federal Circuit.
