Tom Melsheimer is the Managing Principal of the firm’s Dallas office, and head of the office’s trial practice. Mr. Melsheimer was lead trial counsel for Mark Cuban in the widely publicized insider trading case brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The jury cleared Mr. Cuban of any wrongdoing following a three-week trial in Dallas federal court.

Robert Hart is the Executive Vice President & General Counsel for the Mark Cuban Companies in Dallas, Texas. He has represented and advised Mark Cuban over the last twenty-seven years.
Mr. Melsheimer and Mr. Hart will speak on the trial of the insider trading case against Mark Cuban, including behind-the-scenes events of the case and how they were able to successfully navigate its many moving parts and manage the legal teams involved into a winning team.
